A: Of course Maxavita accept orders 24hours a day and will aim to despatch your order the very same day.
3. Q: Am I able to order more than 10 of each product?
A: Yes. For usability we have put quantity as a drop-down but you are able to add more than 10 of each product. Simply add 10, revisit the same page and add another 10 and so on. Visit our quickshop here.
4. Q: Am I able to order by post or over the phone?
A: Yes, please download our product order form to place orders via the telephone or post.
5. Q: Am I able to make orders on behalf of friends and family
A: Yes, in fact Maxavita will be running a friend referral scheme where you may receive extra discounts for introducing people to our products.
6. Q: I'm a stable owner with 20 horses. This product seems ideal are there any trade discounts available.
A: Not at this time, we primarily want to supply direct to the consumer and do not supply any retail outlets or shops.
7. Q: when is the latest I can order to receive my product next day?
A: By purchasing before 3pm and choosing the courier service, we can despatch your product to you that same day for a next day traceable delivery.
8. Q: Will you be releasing other products?
A: Maxavita will be releasing new products over oncoming months in many different areas of human and veterinary health. One of our main focuses is to keep you the customer informed on these developments as they happen by email and letter.
9. Q. How do I know your products work?
A. Allowing you to see trial results and clinical data is a key factor for us. Proven scientific results, are the bases of all our products.
10. Q: How long will it take for the courier to deliver? Why should I pay £4 extra for this service?
A: With a courier service you pay the extra cost for the peace of mind that your order is completely traceable and covered for loss and damage. Also we can guarantee next day delivery with this service, purely to give you the customer the choice and peace of mind.
11. Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Maxavita accept Visa, MasterCard, maestro, visa electron, solo. We regret that we do not accept American Express.
12. Q: Am I able to pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Maxavita do accept cheques made payable to Maxavita Ltd and sent to 8 St. Thomas Place, Cambridgeshire Business Park, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7 4EX. If you pay by cheque it may take a bit longer for your order to arrive.
13. Q: I've ordered product a week ago but nothing has arrived what should I do?
A: On the occurrence of a missing order please contact our sales team with your order number given to you when the order was initially made via the Internet. We will be happy to help with your problem. And cover any cost of missing parcels.
14. Q: I've been told the product is out of stock by your website, what do I do now?
A: If there is no availability, Maxavita will hold your order on our database but wont process your card details until stock has become available. Meaning you do not have to constantly keep checking back for availability
15. If you're out of stock am I able to still place my order with you?
A. Yes. We would be delighted to advise you as soon as stock becomes available - normally within a maximum of 5 working days. We will then email you to confirm the shipping information, please be rest assured we will not process your payment until despatch has taken place.
16. Q: What do I do if my product is faulty or damaged on arrival?
A: Immediately inform our friendly staff of this problem, using the freepost returns label supplied on your invoice, return to us where we will immediately replace the product for you. Maxavita will cover all excess charges.
17. Q: Do you sell outside of the EU?
A: Yes we can sell to outside of the EU, however this may have to be a manual transaction, over the phone with our friendly staff direct.

A: After working in the Nutraceuticals industry for many years we have become very aware of the impact natural products can have on health of animals and people, we believe in our products, we believe that they can make a major impact on peoples and animals lives. We want to make a huge impact on quality of life that is so hugely affected by Joint disease and arthritis as well as other common conditions.
19. Q: I have a need for all three Pernamax products are there discounts available if I bought one months supply of each product?
A: Maxavita offers an automatic 10% discount if you purchase a 3-month supply of each particular product, as well as free delivery on all orders over £49. We are unable to offer discounts on differing products.
