1. Q: Is it safe to buy online from you?
A: Maxavita takes your online security very seriously. Payments are processed by SagePay, which is the UKs largest independent online payment service provider.
All transaction information passed between the Maxavita site and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to the Maxavita servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed between the SagePay and Maxavita servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
2. Q: I have ordered the Human tablets by mistake. Can I exchange them for the Canine/Equine tablets?
A: Yes, Maxavita will happily exchange any products that have been ordered by mistake if they are returned unopened. Please contact us by phone or email and we will advise you further.
3. Q: I ordered a product a week ago but nothing has arrived yet. What should I do?
A: On the occurrence of a missing order please contact our sales team with your order number given to you when the order was initially made. We will be happy to help with your problem and cover any cost of missing parcels.
4. Q: I'm a stable owner with 20 horses. This product seems ideal are there any trade discounts available?
A: Yes we welcome all types of trade enquiries be it a Livery Yard, Tack Shop, Vet or Health Shop. Please email us for further information.
5. Q: When is the latest I can order to receive my product next day?
A: By purchasing before 12pm and choosing the Express Courier service, we can dispatch your product to you that same day for a 1-2 day delivery. Orders placed up until 3pm will be despatched the same day.
6. Q: How long will it take for the courier to deliver? Why should I pay £3 extra for this service?
A: With a courier service your order is completely traceable, fully covered for loss and damage and is a guaranteed 1-2 day service.
7. Q: How do I know your products work?
A: Our products are based on proven results of 10 years of scientific research into the anti-inflammatory properties of the Green Lipped Mussel. Our quality and anti-inflammatory efficacy claims are supported with independent Analytical Testing including scientific anti-inflammatory assays. We provide supporting technical information on our product pages where possible along with testimonials from long term customers and industry professionals.
8. Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. Maxavita accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo. We regret that we do not accept American Express.
9. Q: Am I able to pay by cheque?
A: Yes. Maxavita do accept cheques made payable to Maxavita Partnership and sent to Unit 3 Ashley Park, Common Road, Witchford, Cambridgeshire CB6 2HZ. If you pay by cheque it may take a bit longer for your order to arrive.
10. Q: What do I do if my product is faulty or damaged on arrival?
A: Immediately inform our staff of the problem. We will issue a returns label for you to return the damaged product to us which we will promptly replace for you. Maxavita will cover all excess charges.
11. Q: Am I able to order more than 10 of each product?
A: Yes. For usability we have put quantity as a drop-down but you are able to add more than 10 of each product. Simply add 10, revisit the same page and add another 10 and so on. Visit our quickshop here.
12. Q: Do you sell outside of the EU?
A: Yes we can sell to outside of the EU, please email us for a shipping quote.
