Daily Intake Guide

Take 3 capsules twice daily, swallow whole. For oral use only

A minimum daily intake of 1.3g of plant sterol esters taken in two servings of three capsules per day swallowed with meals and taken with water may help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. Each Vitachol capsule provides 610mg of plant sterol esters

Store out of the reach from children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. This product does not have to be chilled
