The Science

By combining four patented essential elements, our lipid extract of Superna™, Menthol and two different weights of Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Pernamax™ Equine Gel is designed to allow very high levels of the required ingredients to be absorbed into the skin and directly to the affected area. Our Superna™ will quickly soothe and assist joint care whilst HA is a well reported essential component of connective tissue for a great long-term solution. Menthol is also used for its cooling and soothing effect. 

Hyaluronic Acid High molecular weight (HMW HA) c 1.5 million Daltons acting as an epidermal surfactant and percutaneous enhancer. Basically it allows the skin to absorb more of the required ingredients as quickly as possible.
Hyaluronic Acid Low molecular weight (LMW HA) c 50,000 to 80,000 Daltons to penetrate the underlying skin tissues and into the synovium. Will penetrate the deepest joint tissue and form a gel that promotes regeneration for long-term benefits.
