Holly Sharp

Holly is 10 yrs old. She started riding when she was 6 on a home produced pony that was bought from the local sale for 12.00, yep, twelve pounds and a little 11.2, also bought for peanuts. 

Holly's mother  insisted from the word go that both the kids ride well on the flat - and understand the real basics behind riding - the mechanics of how they work and they both know how to work in an outline.

At the end of 2007, Holly was offered the ride on Magic Monkey by a dealer friend Pete Lamb, and after great success at BSJA level, we bought him. Holly and Monkey did a handful of shows in 2008, but lack of money and Monkey having joint issues, we sopent most of the year getting him right and them going to gether.

In December Holly was offerd Dillon - a slightly insane hunting pony - she spent two months doing the wall of death without breaks till we got to the bottom of him, and the she started out BSJA in the middle of January, with him and Monk, from when, she was in a line up with one or both pretty much every time out.

This has really been Hols first proper year BSJA, and during this has been on the premier circuit all year, competing at Pony of the Year, Fianalist in the Style and Performance, SCOPE in the Shaws Farm Tiny Tots, Welsh HPI, and coming soon - the English HPI.at which she has qualified for the 128 Debut Championships

At Scope Michelle Poole, gave Holly the ride on the 128 Bradmore Mystique for the big tracks - aiming at the WInter 128's which go to 2nd rounds, and then HIckstead, and the HOYS 128 qualifiers in 2010. 

Holly has a fabulous 5 year old - Lottie, who loose jumps 140 for fun. Hopefully she will be ready for the HOYS qualifiers next year and the 128 teams.

Holly is dedicated, hard working and talented. SHe does her own ponies with me - at the moment we have 9 to d between us.
