Flora Harris

I am 21, and I am based in Somerset. I was on the Young Rider squad and went to The European Champs in 2007. In 2008 I won the CIC** at Osberton, and this season I’ve had a number of good International results, as well as I have just been selected onto the Sport England Regional Foundation Program.

Ponies: I will have 6 horses to event in 2010, Law Choice a 9yr old advanced horse who will be aimed at Bramham or Saumur CCI3* in the spring, Boy an 8yr old Intermediate horse by Kashmir von Shuttershoft. He’ll be aimed at a spring CCI2* and then the Young Horse CIC3* at Blenheim later on in the season. Candice, a 6yr old Zangerzhied mare by Cannabis Z, she jumped clear round her first CCI* this year and will be aimed at a CCI2* next season. Amazing, a 5yr old Dutch mare, William, a 5yr old irish Gelding and Its Without Predjudice, a 3yr old gelding by Its Without Doubt will all start their eventing carrers next season. Possibly aiming toward a 3day at the end of the season.

Barrocca
A quick up date to let you know that we have had a very succesful trip to Barrocca. Law Choice (Bobs) was placed 5th in the 3star yesterday, one of only 3 double clears. Boy also had a good event in his first CCI 2star jumping an immaculate double clear to finish in 13th.

Express Eventing
Flora Harris walked away £5,000 richer and with the keys to a Jeep for a year in her pocket after winning the much talked about Express Eventing competition at the Royal Festival of the Horse. WELL DONE FLORA!
